Sandi is a wonderful real estate agent. We have tried many real estate agent and so far Sandi was the best we have been looking for more than 2 years it is a difficult time currently but Sandi is better than a lot of real estate agent! Even though we still haven't found a house Sandi won't pressure you into something you don't want to do and has wonderful communication skills and is a hard working real estate agent even when you look forever overall Sandi is an Great real estate agent.

She went through the house in painstaking detail, provided input on how to make it show as good as possible, and contracted with a photographer that made the images of our home posted online truly spectacular. Sandi went above and beyond to help me sell my home in Crystal Lake. I was so worried that it would be difficult as I had no backyard. She put together one of the most professional CMA’s I’ve ever had and suggested an amazing price for my home. She met with me multiple times, helping to stage and prep for showings. She has an impeccable talent and a good eye! She kept me updated every step of the way and even went over to my home, after I had moved out of state, to do a final sweep after the trash was picked up. I can’t say enough about her. She negotiated a fantastic offer and had me under contract in less than 2 weeks. She popped over a few times to help me pack up my kitchen and living room. What started out as one of the most stressful times of my life, as I had never done a DIY move, ended up to be one of the smoothest moves I’ve ever done. I would highly recommend using Sandi as your realtor! I just recently became a first time home owner and would not have been able to do it without her. Sandi was by my side each step of the way. She not only was able to find my dream condo, but she assisted with all other components of purchasing a home (providing a wonderful lawyer, a mortgage company that was able to meet my closing dates, etc) as well. Sandi was a prompt communicator when it came to any questions I may have on a unit or just ensuring I was able to get a showing asap. She made purchasing a home as less stressful as possible!

10/10 would HIGHLY recommend!! Sandi is a miracle worker who is willing to fight for her clients. We were on a very short deadline with a new baby coming quick and soon to be no home to go to as we were renting before and could no longer extend our lease. We had been working with another realtor for a couple months prior and were not able to find anything. Sandi searched for houses and sent them to us right away. She listened to our wants and needs and made sure we looked at homes that were what we wanted. She wouldn’t let us just settle and made sure it was the perfect fit. Sandi did a fantastic job with the recent sale of my home. I had actually considered trying to sell my home without a realtor, but am glad I didn't because she handled so many things I hadn't anticipated. From the extensive communication with the attorneys and buyers, listing on the MLS and showing the home, to the compilation of relevant sale information in the area, I found the whole experience went very smoothly. The top notch professional information binders about my home were also a hit with people who came to showings. She was always extremely responsive and if she didn't know something off hand, she would do research and get back to me instead of answering incompletely. Lastly, the proof is in the pudding: I had accepted a full price offer on my house after just two days. Yes, it's been a good market for selling lately, but the excellent work by Sandi certainly capitalized on it. I would absolutely use her again if I were ever to move again.
